Connections for Seniors (CFS) is seeking a Summer Student to join our collaborative team delivering services across multiple locations. This 8-week work term provides an opportunity to gain experience supporting senior services, administrative operations, and community initiatives in a professional and supportive environment.
Position Details
Title: Summer Student (8 Weeks)
Start Date: June 1, 2026
Hours: 35 hours per week
Compensation: $16.35 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support
- Assist with case management activities
- Support social enterprise initiatives
- Contribute to the delivery of senior services
- Promote a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for seniors, staff, and community members
This role contributes directly to CFS’s strategic priorities, including enhancing service delivery and strengthening community engagement.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Computer Skills & Data Entry
- Satisfactory reference checks
- Clear Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check
Work Environment
This position is part of a collaborative team delivering services across multiple CFS locations. Work schedules will be developed in consultation with the successful candidate’s supervisor to ensure effective operational coverage.
