Some of what you will do:
As a Site Account Manager, you will work exclusively with our B2B customers. Partnering with our outside account management team you will be key to driving sales and providing service to some of our largest partners. You will engage with clients to uncover and expand new lines of business opportunities through proactive sales campaigns using solution based selling techniques.
Specifically, You Will:
- Use a customer-focused approach to build and expand relationships within your assigned business portfolio.
- Work as a collaborative partner to develop and implement sales and campaign strategies.
- Engage with the customer to drive site compliance and sales expansion.
- Engage in daily sales calls to communicate exciting promotional opportunities and introduce additional product line solutions, fostering strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Utilize Sales Force.com to track customer engagements and support funnel management.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal support team to meet customers’ ongoing & changing needs.

Some of what you need:
- 2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferred.
- Strong communication skills / interpersonal abilities.
- Team player, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Professional written and verbal/presentation abilities.
- Ability to function independently with minimal daily supervision.
- Time management skills.
PC Skills including Word, Excel.
