Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase online engagement, and drive sales across various digital channels. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO best practices, and a creative approach to content creation. The Digital Marketer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and analyze performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing channels.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce websites using WordPress, ensuring a seamless user experience and high conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design tools to support marketing initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns through Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising to maximize ROI.
- Maintain website content updates with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as needed for technical enhancements.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging blog posts, newsletters, and social media content aligned with brand messaging.
- Stay current with the latest trends in digital marketing, including emerging platforms and technologies.
Skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, and Google AdWords/Google Ads management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles.
- Experience with WordPress website management and basic coding skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance and deriving actionable insights.
- Expertise in email marketing tools and strategies for nurturing leads and customer engagement.
- Ability to manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and Google Ads effectively.
- Solid understanding of analytics tools to measure ROI and optimize marketing efforts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to target audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
