Position Summary
We are looking for an organized and motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in gaining hands‑on experience in HR and talent acquisition within a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring Support
Assist with posting and editing job advertisements across various platforms
Review resumes and applications and support initial screening activities
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate tracking information
HR Administration
Support filing and maintaining employee and recruitment documentation (electronic and physical)
Complete data entry and updates in HR systems and spreadsheets
Assist with onboarding documentation for new hires
General HR Support
Provide administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition team
Respond to basic candidate inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Assist with special HR projects as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related program
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working with data entry, filing, and administrative tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HR or ATS systems is an asset
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
