We are currently looking for a passionate Design and Sales Consultant to join our team!
Candidate Profile
You will thrive at Blueprint Home if you possess the following qualities:
- You have an interest in high end furniture and interior design
- You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for assisting customers with positivity, patience, integrity and professionalism.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail and/or design
- Academic training in design / decor is an asset
Responsibilities
· Welcome customers to the showroom and establish rapport with them to understand their furniture needs.
· Assist customers in finding furniture pieces that suit their style and space requirements
· For design consultations, assist customers with coordinating furniture selection and materials with their aesthetic. Arrange onsite consultations to home or commercial locations if needed.
· Guide customers through the purchase process, from selection, to order placement and delivery.
· Deliver exceptional customer service by handling questions or concerns with professionalism
· Maintain an understanding of the product selection including features, benefits and points of differentiation to assist customers in understanding value.
Job Type
· Part Time, 3 – 4 days per week
· Ability to work weekdays and weekends
