In this role, you will be responsible for helping to install, maintain, and repairing overhead doors in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Responsibilities
- Install overhead doors and openers according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing overhead door systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical door issues.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety codes and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and explaining work performed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area on job sites.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment responsibly.
Requirements
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and proficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Not afraid of heights.
- Good physical condition and capability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols at all times.
- Previous experience in door installation or construction is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
