Full-time · Competitive wage plus tips We're Gino's Coffee House, a busy little café in Osoyoos where we serve real Italian espresso, bake from scratch, and treat everyone who walks through our doors like family. We love what we do, and we're looking for a Team Lead to join us and help our team shine.
This is a hands-on role for someone who feels at home both behind the espresso bar and in the kitchen. On busy days, you'll be right there in the middle of it, keeping things calm, setting a friendly pace, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile.
If you've got some barista and kitchen experience under your belt and a warm, natural way of leading people, we'd love to hear from you. Honestly, that's what matters most to us. We'll happily teach you the rest, our recipes, our drinks, and the way we do things, so you can just bring your skills and your heart.
