Sinatras Pizzeria is looking for an experienced pizza maker/ line cook to join our team!

We are looking for full-time with availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends! Starting wage is $17 per hour, with potential raises based on experience and growth within the company.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times.
- Preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes.
- Plating or packaging pizzas accordingly.
- Managing all food order slips and ensuring that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Wash and chop vegetables (for example, tomatoes, peppers, onions and mushrooms)
- Food prep; cheese, meat slicing, dough making, sauce, veggies.
- Monitoring inventory.
- Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment.
Requirements and skills
- Work experience in a kitchen or restaurant is a must.
- Previous experience fulfilling a kitchen prep role.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza doughs is a bonus.
- Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and oven.
- Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
- The ability to follow standardized recipes.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work in a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
