Cam Clark Ford Lincoln North Vancouver is looking for a proven Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy 15-bay service operation. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who takes complete ownership of the customer relationship, communicates before customers have to chase for answers, and consistently produces measurable results.

What You Will Own
- Manage the complete customer experience from initial write-up through final delivery
- Accurately document customer concerns and ensure repair orders are complete
- Review inspections and prepare clear, accurate repair and maintenance recommendations
- Present required and preventative work confidently, ethically, and without unnecessary pressure
- Obtain approvals promptly and keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Coordinate closely with technicians, parts, warranty, and management
- Identify delays early and communicate solutions before they become customer complaints
- Follow up on declined work and help build long-term customer retention
- Maintain accurate customer records, estimates, authorizations, and dealership-system entries
- Protect customer trust while achieving department sales, gross, labour, and productivity objectives

Our advisors are accountable for both customer experience and business performance, including:
- Customer satisfaction and retention
- Customer-pay hours per repair order
- Effective labour rate
- Labour and parts sales
- Estimate presentation and approval performance
- Proactive customer-update completion
- Repair-order accuracy and documentation
- Follow-up on declined work
- Teamwork and internal communication
- Standards, reporting, and coaching will be clear. You will always know where you stand and how to improve.
What You Bring
- wo or more years of successful dealership Service Advisor experience, or equivalent proven performance
- A track record of achieving customer satisfaction and sales objectives
- The ability to discuss your recent performance metrics and how you achieved them
- Strong automotive knowledge and confidence explaining technical recommendations in plain language
- Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple active repair orders
- Calm, professional judgment when handling delays, objections, or upset customers
- A consistent habit of following through and taking ownership
- Experience with dealership-management systems; PBS experience is an asset
- Ford or Lincoln experience is an asset
- A valid Class 5 driver’s licence and satisfactory driving abstract
