LOCATION: Centennial Auto Sport & Tire Summerside, Prince Edward Island
HOURS: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm and Saturday mornings from 8am - 12pm.
WAGES: $55,000 - $80,000 per year (commission based + benefits).

APPLICABLE SKILLS:
Passion for Powersports: Genuine interest in motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, power equipment, or outdoor recreation.
Communication: Strong listening and communication skills with the ability to understand what customers are looking for and provide helpful, knowledgeable guidance.
Organized & Efficient: Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a busy retail environment.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, inventory systems, customer management systems, and online platforms.
Problem Solver: Able to think creatively, answer questions, and help customers find solutions that meet their needs.
Team Player: Works collaboratively with colleagues across the dealership and contributes to a positive team environment.
Driver’s License: A valid Canadian driver’s license is required.
Community Mindset: Involvement in local, recreational, outdoor, or online communities is an asset.
JOB TASKS:
Customer Relationships: Build genuine, long-term relationships with customers by providing knowledgeable, professional, and personalized service.
Product Education: Develop strong knowledge of our products and confidently explain features, benefits, operation, accessories, and available options.
Product Demonstrations: Provide demonstrations and walk customers through the features and capabilities of recreational products.
Follow-Up: Stay connected with customers following their visit to answer questions, provide additional information, and ensure they have everything they need.
Product & Industry Knowledge: Participate in ongoing training and stay current on new products, technology, accessories, and industry trends.
Digital Engagement: Participate in online and social media activities by sharing product information, recreational content, and dealership initiatives.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with parts, service, finance, and other dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Professional Development: Continuously develop product knowledge, communication skills, and understanding of the powersports industry.
