What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated and confident Civil Litigation Lawyer with 4+ years of experience in Civil Law.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage civil litigation files.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support client cases.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Conduct discoveries, mediations, motions, and other legal proceedings.
- Attend court appearances and advocate for clients' rights and interests.
Skills:
- Strong research skills to gather relevant information and support legal arguments.
- Excellent writing skills to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Proficient in legal drafting techniques to prepare accurate and comprehensive legal documents.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice to clients.

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
