Quest Fabrication is a Calgary-based company that specializes in manufacturing and upfitting truck bodies for fleet vehicles, including emergency vehicles.
We are expanding and seeking a skilled Shipper/Receiver/General Labourer to join our team. This is a hybrid role combining Shipper/Receiver and labourer responsibilities. We want to hear from you if you enjoy challenging work, fast-paced environments, and a collaborative work culture!
Position Overview
This hands-on role supports our fabrication and warehouse operations through primary responsibilities including shipping and receiving, inventory management, deliveries, yard organization, and general labour. The successful candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to assist wherever needed. This is a highly physical, hands-on position.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and arrange outgoing deliveries
- Operate company vehicles for pickups and deliveries
- Load and unload trucks and materials
- Assist with inventory counts and basic paperwork
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform general labour tasks as assigned
- Organize and maintain the yard
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Ability to lift and move heavy and/or awkward loads
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift certification is considered an asset
- Must be 25 years of age or older for insurance purposes

Compensation
Compensation will be determined based on experience.
