Responsibilities
- Assist licensed RMTs in providing therapeutic massage treatments to clients
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure a clean, comfortable environment for clients
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and health concerns
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records following clinic protocols
- Follow all safety and hygiene standards, including proper sanitation procedures
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development activities
Qualifications
- Recent graduation from an accredited massage therapy program and valid registration or licensing as an RMT
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and health conditions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and understand client needs
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others succeed in their wellness goals
- Ability to work well within a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting
