Duties
- Provide high-quality haircuts and styling services to clients
- Offer exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment; sanitize tools and workstations regularly
- Assist with front desk duties as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices for tools and work areas
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
