We're growing, and we're looking for part-time and full-time cleaning professionals who share and will maintain our high-standard of service. Someone who takes real pride in the details and treats every home like it deserves nothing less than exceptional.
What You'll Do
- Deliver deep, detail-driven cleans for luxury homes and large residences across Whistler and sometimes Pemberton
- Help get newly built or renovated homes move-in ready as part of our post-construction cleaning work
- Prepare homes for listings, showings, and photoshoots, so they sparkle for important first impressions
- Reset properties after busy weekends, turnovers, and full-house stays
- Follow our checklists and standards so every clean is consistent, thorough, and reliable
- Flag any maintenance issues or concerns you notice along the way
- Communicate professionally with clients and the rest of the team
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of professional cleaning experience, ideally in high-end hotels or residential settings
- A genuinely high level of attention to detail - You notice what others miss
- Reliability and strong time management
- A trustworthy, professional manner. You'll be in clients' homes, often on your own
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- A valid driver's licence
- A place to live in the Sea to Sky corridor
Nice to Have
- Your own vehicle (mileage and travel compensation available)
Details
- Position: Full-time - Monday to Friday daytime hours in the summer season. Sometimes Saturday and Sundays in winter season. Our team does not usually work on Statutory Holidays.
- Location: Whistler, BC, with travel to properties throughout the Sea to Sky corridor
- Start date: August
- Compensation: Depends on experience, wages starting at $25
