Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities of the Supervisor include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure sales results are communicated to team members
- Prepare dough, roll & twist pretzels
- Monitor ovens
- Dress the pretzel upon customer's request
- Exhibit friendly, courteous attitude towards customers and other staff members
- Work the cash register (greeting clients, taking orders)
- Perform cleaning and maintenance procedures
- Ensure that the store is stocked and merchandised to store standard
- Open and close the store following established procedure
- Undertake all other relevant duties as required to ensure the store runs smoothly, efficiently and to expected standard in all areas
The Supervisor role requires full open availability and the ability to work up to 40 hours per week.
