Back of House (Dish washing and prep) - Artie’s on Locke
Artie’s on Locke, a vibrant sandwich shop, is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our BOH team. If you have a passion for quality food, strong time management skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. This candidate must be available to work Sunday - Tuesday.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a member of a small Production team, mostly independently
- Clean Trays, cooking materials, and other things in the shop for team members
- Maintain kitchen inventory and place orders as needed
- Uphold food safety and sanitation protocols
- Adapt to changing needs and handle challenges efficienty.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must show strong initiative, and be self motivated
