Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment across job sites or facilities
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople by holding or passing tools and materials as needed
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members
- Perform general cleanup duties to keep the workspace tidy and hazard-free
- Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision when required
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere strictly to safety guidelines
- Previous experience in manual labour roles is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Reliable transportation to access the work site consistently
