Balto Capital is a rapidly growing real estate investment and asset management company with a portfolio of more than 600 residential units in Edmonton and a growing presence across Canada.
We're looking for driven, entrepreneurial sales professionals to help fill vacant units and maximize occupancy across our portfolio. If you're motivated by competition, enjoy meeting people, and want complete control over your income, this could be the opportunity you're looking for.
This is not a desk job. You'll spend your time in the field meeting prospective tenants, conducting showings, closing leases, and building relationships throughout Edmonton.
The more leases you sign, the more you earn.
Top performers can earn well into six figures.
What You'll Do
- Convert inquiries into signed leases
- Respond to prospective tenant leads and qualify applicants
- Schedule and conduct property showings
- Follow up consistently to move prospects through the leasing process
- Create and refresh listings across online rental platforms
- Promote available units through social media and local marketing channels
- Build relationships with prospective tenants and referral sources
- Negotiate lease terms and secure signed agreements
- Maintain an organized pipeline of active prospects
- Travel regularly between properties throughout Edmonton

Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Comfortable working in a commission-only compensation structure
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of online tools and marketplaces
- Availability to conduct evening and weekend showings when required
Previous leasing or real estate experience is an asset but not required. We are willing to train the right salesperson.
