Job Duties:

Understand and address customer needs and concerns.

Keep customers informed about their vehicle's repair progress.

Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any remaining questions.

Verify completion of repairs using the Technician Checklist and inspect the vehicle.

Inform customers of any unexpected incidents during repairs.

Conduct necessary test drives to confirm issues or involve a technician.

Ensure stringent quality control for all vehicles undergoing repair.

Provide accurate labor and parts cost estimates in detail.

Additional duties as assigned.
Successful Candidates Possess:

Three (3) years in a dealership or aftermarket setting (considered an asset).

Experience as a Service Advisor (considered an asset).

A strong commitment to providing high-level customer service.

A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

The ability to work effectively in a team, with strong interpersonal skills and an upbeat, engaging attitude.
