Medical Aesthetician / Advanced Esthetician — Part-Time

Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour or commission-based compensation, depending on experience and the agreed arrangement, plus gratuities.
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
ONYX Skin & Wellness is looking for an experienced and dependable Medical Aesthetician or Advanced Esthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, client care and building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Perform customized facials and advanced skincare treatments within your training and certification
- Conduct consultations and recommend suitable treatment plans and home-care products
- Explain treatment benefits, contraindications and aftercare
- Maintain accurate client records and consent forms
- Rebook clients and support retail sales
- Maintain excellent sanitation and treatment-room standards
- Assist with scheduling, payments and other basic front-desk duties when needed
- Provide professional, welcoming service that encourages repeat visits
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in esthetics or medical aesthetics
- Minimum two years of professional hands-on experience
- Strong facial, extraction and skincare consultation skills
- Knowledge of advanced skincare treatments and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Dependable, professional and comfortable working independently
- Available approximately 10–20 hours per week, including on the weekends.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to commute reliably to Oakville
HydraFacial experience, advanced-skincare certifications and an existing clientele are considered assets.
