Safety Administrator position available at Fieldtek Ltd office

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete new hire orientations, including working closely with management and HR administrator on required paperwork.
  • Management of safety certifications for all employees
  • Maintenance and submission of the following on a scheduled basis;
  • Near Miss Reports
  • Field safety evaluations
  • Fuel Consumption Reports
  • Man Hour Reporting
  • Maintenance Reports for all Hydrovac equipment
  • Safety Meeting Minutes
  • Driver log audits for Oilfield Hours of Service Permit
  • Maintenance of accounts on ISNetworld and Complyworks
  • Filing WCB Reports
  • Asset Management of all Safety Equipment such as Air Packs and Gas Monitors
  • Management of COR safety audits required or willingness to train in this area
  • Ability to assist with dispatch on a rare basis for coverage would be an asset

Successful Candidate must possess the following attributes;

  • Proficient on computers and programming such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Organization skills required to manage information for easy access to all training records as required for dispatching
  • Accountability for all reporting deadlines
