The Service Coordinator Bi-lingual (French/English) provides a positive, direct and real-time interface for customer activities including product inquiries, order processing and response to customer concerns. The SC liaises between the company, customers and vendors.
Respond to requests and inquiries from existing customers for waste and recycling services by phone and email and resolves them in a timely manner for both our French and English Customers
Respond to requests from Account Managers on behalf of customers for waste/recycling services.
Send out mass communication to our customers from our app when there are service changes or notifications that need to be shared; help with French translations
Build strong working relationships with our vendors to assist with resolving issues
Use research, judgement and strong decision-making skills to solve issues.
Lead the Work Order monthly processing procedures and coordinates with the Data Management team and Accounting to ensure deadlines are met.
Process purchases from online store
Complete work order processing in a timely and accurate fashion monthly and ensures deadlines are being met
Ensure best practices are followed, analyses processes for better efficiency and makes recommendations for improvement and ensures KPIs are being met
Carry out other related tasks and projects as assigned
Language: Bi-lingual (French/English) a must
Education: Bachelor's Degree and/or Customer Service courses are an asset
Experience: 2 to 3 years in customer service in a call centre or retail operations
Technical: MS Office, particularly Excel. ERP is an asset
Comfortable with a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and provide clear and concise telephone, e-mail and direct information and response
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and thrive in a changing, growing environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated high level of initiative
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
A home office will be set up for you. Must be able to travel to Vancouver for one week for training, company paid.
