We are seeking an experienced Registered or Provisional Psychologist who works with both children and adults, to join the Maliya Wellness Centre located in the beautiful town of Cochrane, Alberta. We are a team of collaborative care practitioners dedicated to supporting women, teens, and children on their journey to well-being.
You must possess a deep sense of care, compassion, and the desire to collaborate with all holistic practitioners on our team. We offer convenient online booking and direct billing, marketing and social media, full-time reception, beautiful therapy rooms, and on-site parking. We offer a competitive fee split for contractors.
You will be walking into a very busy practice with an immediate caseload.
A successful candidate will:
- Provide counselling services for children and adults using evidence-based practices.
- Address emotional, behavioral, and relational issues, and help clients develop coping strategies.
- Contribute to holistic treatment plans and interventions.
- Be able to work virtually and/or in-person seeing 20-25 clients per week.
- Be registered within Alberta
- Individual insurance and liability are required.
- Must be able to attend monthly team meeting at 12:30 pm on the 2nd Friday of every month.
- Have schedule flexibility to work days, some evenings and Saturdays
- Master’s degree required.
