Position Title: Sales Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing new clients most of time.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Craft and implement effective sales strategies, develop sales plans, and refine these plans to enhance performance.
- Monitor market trends, understand client needs, and offer professional and tailored solutions to our customers.
- Work closely with our internal teams to meet sales goals and deliver unparalleled customer service.
- Addressing customer requests and complaint professionally.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of packaging supplies work experience.
- With strong industry relationships.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a knack for building robust client partnerships.
- A collaborative spirit, capable of working well within a diverse team environment.
- A driven, responsible, and highly motivated approach to sales.
Compensation and Incentives:
- A competitive commission of 2%-3% on sales.
- Comprehensive benefits including Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Employment Insurance (EI).
