Responsibilities
-
Conduct daily care and maintenance of plants throughout the cannabis cultivation process, including cloning, transplanting, defoliation, pruning, pest management, destruction, nutrient mixing, irrigation, plant inventory management, harvesting, trimming, drying and packaging.

Follow all SOPs related to daily work activities to maintain compliance with stringent regulations.

Perform sanitation activities throughout the facility to maintain cleanliness.

Monitor and document plant growth.

Maintain care of production tools, equipment, and facility.

Other duties as assigned.
Reporting to the labour manager and growers.
Schedule:

10-12 hour shift

Weekends as needed
Requirements:
-
No previous experience required; general understanding of greenhouse operations preferred

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Health and Safety,
-
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate keen attention to detail
