About Styrok
Styrok Inc. designs and manufactures lightweight exterior cladding systems used on building façades. We operate a small, hands-on manufacturing facility in North York and are looking to add a reliable Production Associate to support day-to-day factory operations.
This is a hands-on, non-supervisory role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, learning how things are made, and being part of a skilled production team.
What you’ll do
- Assist with daily manufacturing and production tasks
- Prepare materials, components, and work areas
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Support production setup, cleanup, and organization
- Assist with inventory handling and material movement
- Follow work instructions, drawings, and quality standards
- Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
- Comfortable working with tools, materials, and equipment
- Solid mechanical aptitude and common sense
- Attention to detail and consistency in work quality
- Ability to take direction and work independently once trained
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Clear spoken English for shop-floor communication
