We are currently seeking a second full-time Dental Receptionist to join our team come July 2026.
The ideal candidate for our practice values teamwork, is task oriented, an organized individual with exceptional communication skills and has past experience in the dental field.

Schedule:
Mon-Thurs, 9-5 + Fridays 9-4
What we are looking for:
- Experience in being a dental receptionist and understanding dental terminology
- Insurance knowledge is a must
- Bubbly personality ; as you will be the first and last face the patients see
- Experience with Dentrix is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Individual that is driven, motivated and committed to furthering their growth and development through ongoing education and training
- Great attitude and work ethic
- Exceptional time management and reliable
- Someone with patience
- Ability to multitask
Because we are a direct- billing practice, dental insurance knowledge and exceptional attention to detail are non-negotiable for this position. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in a dental office that regularly handles direct billing, insurance claims, collecting money, predeterminations, and treatment estimates.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
