Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure products are well-presented
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing returns, and exchanges
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members
- Manage time effectively to ensure all responsibilities are completed efficiently during shifts
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred to serve a diverse customer base
- Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technology sales is advantageous
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively through demos and technical explanations
- Organizational skills to manage inventory, stock levels, and store presentation
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Basic cashiering skills including cash handling and transaction processing
