Expressions & Images Custom Framing Inc. is looking for a part-time Custom Framing / Showroom Assistant to join our team.
This position is a mix of hands-on custom frame assembly and creative showroom support. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, friendly, and comfortable working in a creative environment. This role is well suited for someone with an interest or background in art, design, photography, woodworking, or custom framing.
The showroom portion of this position involves helping customers explore frame and mat options, offering design input, and assisting with the presentation of artwork, photographs, jerseys, shadowboxes, and other custom projects. This is not a high-pressure sales role. The focus is on helping customers make thoughtful design choices while providing a positive and welcoming experience.
The assembly portion of the role includes helping prepare and complete custom framing orders, fitting artwork and other items into frames, packaging completed projects, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
This is a part-time position of approximately 15–20 hours per week. Saturday availability is required. Outside of Saturdays, weekday hours are flexible.
Experience in art, design, custom framing, woodworking, photography, or retail customer service is considered an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
