Juicy Birds Nashville Hot Chicken is looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for Night Crew Members.
Our restaurant operates daily from 11:00 AM until 1:00 AM (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday), with operating hours extended to 3:00 AM on select days(Thursday, Friday, Saturday). Candidates must be flexible to workday, evening, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as required. Whether you're starting your career in the restaurant industry or bringing leadership experience to a fast-paced restaurant, we'd love to hear from you.

Team Members
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; training provided for new hires
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during day or night shifts
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is desirable
- Leadership qualities for supervisory roles including team management and problem-solving skills (for Shift Supervisor)
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
