We are seeking an experienced Lead Roofing Technician to lead and support our roofing crew. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is honest, reliable, and capable of managing projects, people, and timelines while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a crew of 5–7 Roofing Technicians and Laborers
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion
- Provide guidance and direction throughout all stages of roofing projects
- Work alongside technicians, assisting with roofing installation
- Ensure and maintain a safe work environment at all times
- Enforce company policies and job-site standards
- Train team members as needed
- Coordinate schedules using Microsoft Outlook and Calendar
- Complete emergency repairs as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of roofing installation experience
- Supervisory experience considered a strong asset
- Honest, reliable, and strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong understanding of roofing safety practices
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Calendar
