About the Role
Solis Capital is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Office & Reception Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. This role combines front-desk reception duties with general office support responsibilities to help maintain a professional and welcoming workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Desk
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and packages
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area
- Assist with meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements
Office Support
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and printer materials
- Maintain pantry supplies, including coffee, tea, beverages, snacks, and kitchen essentials
- Keep meeting rooms, kitchen, reception, and common areas clean and organized
- Assist with meeting and event setup when required
- Coordinate supply orders and deliveries
- Support staff with general administrative and office-related tasks
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with building management when necessary
- Ensure the office is secured at the end of the day, including turning off lights and locking designated areas
Qualifications
- Previous reception, customer service, hospitality, or office experience is an asset
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an asset
