This is a full-time Front of House Manager position at Brodeur's Bistro located in Langley, BC. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dining room including guest service, staff management & scheduling, ordering & inventory tracking, cost controls and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in restaurant management or related field

Experience in guest service, staff management, inventory tracking and cost controls

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated and able to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred

Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Valid Food Safe & SIR certification and a clear criminal record
We are looking for a working Manager that enjoys being on the floor with staff and guests. The Manager's primary focus will be assisting the staff and engaging tables to ensure that our guests have a memorable experience. Our staff & guests are our highest priority; this position requires developed guest service skills and focused staff interest in ensuring that we are constantly exceeding expectations.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
