Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment and Sales Intern to join our team. This paid internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, sales, and human resources operations. Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing candidates on daily open orders.
- Support the recruitment process by conducting initial screening calls and coordinating interviews.
- Participate in cold calling and outreach efforts to generate leads for potential candidates or clients.
- Help maintain and update employee data.
- Assist with employee relations projects and communication efforts to enhance candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
- Basic understanding of HR processes including talent acquisition, employee relations, and onboarding procedures.
- Ability to work independently and generate leads through cold calling or outreach efforts.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing candidate data and recruitment activities.
- Prior experience or coursework related to human resources or sales is advantageous but not required. This internship offers valuable exposure to the fields of human resources and sales while providing practical experience in a professional setting.
