Staff at the Royal Alexandra Hospital serves a unique inner city population and we want to do it well. The Surgery Inpatient program maintains the expectation that all employees do so with pride, compassion, and respect. PCU 32 is a 23-bed unit providing care to orthopedic and fractured hip patients. LPNs work independently and under the direction of a Charge RN. Successful candidates will be expected to participate in quality improvement initiatives at the front line; supporting and maintaining high quality patient care strategies within the surgery program. LPNs are expected to direct and monitor the care provided by health care aids.
