Restaurant Manager - Chick-fil-A East Hills
Chick-fil-A East Hills is looking for a Restaurant Manager who is passionate about leadership, hospitality, and developing people.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the restaurant’s daily operations and creating an environment where Team Members can thrive. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who can confidently lead a fast-paced shift, coach others, solve problems, and consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support restaurant operations during assigned shifts and day-parts.
- Communicate clear expectations and provide direction to Team Members and Leaders.
- Train, coach, and develop Team Members to help them reach their potential.
- Monitor restaurant performance, service, food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
- Hold Team Members accountable to Chick-fil-A standards and expectations.
- Provide genuine hospitality and create memorable experiences for our guests.
- Track key operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support staffing, deployment, scheduling, and daily restaurant needs.
- Recognize great performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Help build a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture.
- Work alongside the leadership team to continuously improve the restaurant.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous leadership or management experience in a restaurant, retail, hospitality, or similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead with confidence while building strong relationships with Team Members.
- A genuine passion for serving and developing others.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a high-volume environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A growth mindset and desire to continuously learn and improve.
