Countertops By Design is looking for an experienced, responsible and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This is a full-time position, effective immediately 4 days a week (to be discussed) from 8:00am-5:00pm and Saturday 9am-2pm. We are willing to train the right individual.
Responsibilities:
- Employing oral and written communication skills by engaging in effective conversations with staff and clients over e-mail, telephone, and face-to-face
- Managing client satisfaction further by sharing resourceful information, a positive attitude, and a thoughtful point of view
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, quoting, invoicing, and ordering
- Answering day-to-day emails and phone calls with current and potential customers
- Greeting and servicing walk-in customers
- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment with the capability to multi-task
- Contribute a positive attitude to the work environment
- Ability to aid in various design selections and knowledge for customers
Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in design associate or administrative position
- Must have valid G drivers license
- Must be responsible, reliable & professional
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
