General duties of the position
Provide exceptional level of service to our retail customers as well as architects, designers and end users

Verify, confirm and input orders

Service client questions via telephone and email regarding order status, service issues and product inquiries

Other Administrative duties from time to time as requested

Team player with strong communication skills in English and French

Applicants with account management and /or customer service experience

Skilled in the use of MS Office programs- Excel, Word, Power Point, Access

Excellent customer interaction skills.

Preferably 3 years min in the role of interacting directly with customers
and representatives in a manufacturing environment

Familiarity and experience with plumbing products and/or designer consumer products or luxury products or services

Exceptionally well organized and detail oriented

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Calm and professional under pressure

Fully Bilingual - French and English,
Compensation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $37,500.00 to $42,500.00 /year

Experience:

  • Customer Relations: 3 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
