We are seeking an autonomous, aggressive Sales Executive - Software to drive B2B acquisition across the Greater Toronto Area. This is a high-intensity, direct field sales position. You will knock on doors, engage business owners face-to-face, run live product demonstrations on the spot, and close deals.
We do not micro-manage, shadow you, or hold your hand. You must hit the pavement independently on Monday morning and produce results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Full Field Cycle: Manage the full sales cycle entirely in the field via cold walk-ins and face-to-face prospecting.
- Own the Room: Run high-impact, in-person software demonstrations that convert busy business owners on the spot.
- Rigorous CRM Tracking: Log all physical field activity, contact data, and pipeline updates daily via mobile CRM.
- Negotiate & Close: Confidently handle objections to secure immediate sign-ups and upfront payments.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–5 years of B2B SaaS sales or direct face-to-face field sales experience.
- Proven Hunters: A documented track record of closing new business on cold walk-ins.
- Elite Presentation Skills: Absolute confidence running live technical product demos with ultimate decision-makers.
- Resilience: A relentless mindset that thrives under a performance-managed, short-cycle sales framework.
