**Press Brake Operator**
** Requirements - 3-5 years**
**Duties:**
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal plates and sheets according to blueprints and specifications.
- Select appropriate tooling and dies for each job.
- Load and unload materials onto the machine.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of bends.
- Inspect finished products for defects and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
**Skills:**
- Forklift operation experience to safely move materials.
- Proficiency in machining processes.
- Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints to determine bending sequences and dimensions.
- Knowledge of assembling and fabricating metal components.
- Familiarity with hand tools used in metalworking.
- Experience operating CNC machines is a plus.
