- Job title: Pharmacy Lab Manager

- Compensation: $44/hour

- Main Duties of the Job:
o Plan, direct and evaluate pharmacy’s lab operations.
o Oversee inventory management and lab administration.
o Oversee compound preparation, dispensing, packaging and labelling.
o Manage pharmacy lab staff and assign duties.
o Create training manual for lab team training.
o Ensure staff adherence to all safety and quality assurance protocols.
o Lead implementation of new project to offer a Central Fill Compounding Service to area pharmacies via a new online platform.
o Develop and implement project marketing strategies.
o Perform market research.
o Respond to customer requests and issues.
- Required Education: Completion of secondary school. A university degree or college diploma in business administration or a pharmacy degree.
- Required Experience: At least 2 years of retail or wholesale trade experience in the pharmacy industry. Marketing experience in medical field.
Compounding experience preferred. Completion of accreditation program or courses in Non-sterile Hazardous compounding /Hazardous PPE and waste management preferred.
Pay: $44.00 per hour
