iDental is currently looking to hire a lead Dental Assistant. Invisalign experience, experience with dental implants, sedation and oral surgery an asset. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a team player and be able to build strong patient relationships with our current and new clients. The individual will be responsible for IPC, treatment planning, instrument, equipment, lab and supply maintenance.

Practice specific social events and training
Clinical chair side assisting duties to include knowledge of instrumentation and supplies, maintenance of all dental equipment and IPC.
Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behavior
Cleans and prepares treatment room in accordance with infection control and practice protocols for each patient.
Detailed understanding of practice health and safety requirements
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA II)
3-5 Years experience
