POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the General Manager, Traffic Services, the Sales and Rental Coordinator is a vital member of the operations team responsible for creating and maintaining schedules and project deliverables and will play a hands-on role in helping coordinate activities in the field. This person will work closely with our Sales and Operations departments to effectively communicate with project stakeholders providing updates and resolving issues that arise.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in-person
- Prepare estimates and quotations for traffic control services, rentals, and related products
- Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to determine labour, equipment, and material requirements
- Communicate with clients regarding project scope, scheduling, and quote clarifications
- Process sales and rental orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate rental scheduling, installations, and field service activities
- Dispatch technicians and field personnel to work sites and assist in resolving operational issues
- Monitor rental and sales inventory availability and maintenance requirements with the warehouse team
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Field Teams to support project execution
- Assist with change orders, updated pricing, and ongoing project coordination
- Ensure safety paperwork, project documentation, and field records are completed accurately
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of experience in estimating, coordination, dispatch, customer service, or construction operations
- Experience in traffic control, construction, rentals, or related industries considered an asset
- Ability to read and interpret project specifications, drawings, and tender documents
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and estimating or scheduling software
- Valid provincial driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Safety tickets or industry certifications considered an asset
- Experience towing trailers or coordinating field equipment considered an asset
HOURS OF WORK
Daily schedule may vary depending upon operational needs. However, general office hours would be 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday although extended hours and overtime may be necessary during the busy season (May – October).
