Hopewell Residential currently has a full-time opportunity for a ERP Administrator to join our team.
Reporting:
This position will report directly to the Senior Manager, Information Systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Responsibility for our ERP, CRM and other smaller systems including administration, data ownership, upgrades, training, and knowledge management

Responsibility of IS ticket portal, enforcing SLA, working with business owners on recurring issues, monitoring after hour tickets for urgency

Show home project liaison - organizing IT quotes, installation dates, internet and security system installs

Provide implementation support during software installations, upgrades and customizations

Work closely with the Senior Manager, Information Systems in requirements gathering, application configuration, and application testing and training for our company software

Obtain a good working knowledge of Hopewell’s sales and construction processes

Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, problem solve, and resolve operational application functionality

Provide users with support and advice or direct to appropriate resource

Some after hours support

Qualifications:
-
Degree or diploma in Information Systems or a related field

At least 5 years of related experience preferred

Previous experience with Newstar, Salesforce, Monday.com an asset

Previous experience with the construction industry is considered an asset

Proficient user of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
-
Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams

Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies

Strong analytical, conceptual, organizational, multi-tasking and problem solving skills

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks

Working Conditions:
Traditional core office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Work may require occasional weekends and/or evenings. Periodic travel may be required.
