What You’ll Be Doing
You will join the Dialer team. As the Sr. Analyst, Business Analytics, you will perform various duties in support of the team and their clients. You will be involved in delivery of projects to support and enhance banking experience of our customers through a variety of channels – IVR, phone, internet.
How You’ll Succeed
Data Management - Support the SQL Server databases and ensure their performance, availability and security. Produce scheduled and ad hoc reporting packages for senior management. Monitor data integrity/accuracy issues and perform reconciliation among multiple core systems (ICBS, Warehouse, CMR, CMI, and Portal) and ensure that users have access to reliable information.
Strategy & Optimization - Execution of daily baseline strategies for all Client Account Management portfolios. Configuration (strategy control, record selections, job starts/stops/links/recycles), real time monitoring and historical reporting. Dialer campaign optimization; ensuring optimal idle times while maintaining industry standard abandon rates. Assist in deployment or implementation of call center dialer technology.
Analysis –Interpret and/or analyze factual and conceptual information with the ability to interpret/adapt general procedures or approaches when formulating responses to problems/issues. Establish and acquire relevant fact-based information and analytics to support key business decision requirements. Develop relevant business insights and recommendations based on analytics of both business and industry trends. Identify key data sources and elements including determining innovative, efficient and effective means of accessing, consolidating and using data for analytical purposes.
Reporting - Convey factual and conceptual information on issues requiring detailed explanation and interpretation. Build and maintain Reporting & Analytics websites and databases. Build web reports on Crystal, SQL, Hyperion Analyzer as required. Administer Reporting & Analytics SQL server, performing back up/archival functions, set up users etc. Develop and design SQL databases for different business functionalities (i.e. DM campaign database, Customer Views, Operations database etc.) and ensure they are up and running.
Collaboration - Interact with business teams and other IT teams to gather requirements and translate these into data models (e.g. a star schema for reporting). Interact with business analysts/users to develop rapid proof-of-concept for high-impact business problems. Represent the Amicus MIS Team across various initiatives/projects deemed as priorities to the business. Participate in Testing process (QA/UAT).
Who You Are
You can demonstrate experience in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Access), Crystal Report (or any other reporting tool), Hyperion Essbase, Microsoft Structured Query Language (MS SQL) Server, ASP.NET 2.0, Visual Basic, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, Crystal Reports, IIS, ASP.NET authentication/security. It’s an asset to be proficient in creation of DTS packages, stored procedures, user defined functions, and scheduled job
