Duties
- Provide professional haircuts, trims, and styling services tailored to client preferences
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Engage with clients to understand their grooming needs and offer personalized recommendations
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client experience and satisfaction
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments
- Foster a welcoming environment by demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Assist with retail sales of grooming products and accessories to meet client needs
- Build lasting relationships with clients through attentive service and personalized care
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a barber with a strong portfolio of hair styling work
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in grooming environments
- Ability to upsell products and services tactfully to enhance client experience
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Experience managing retail sales and front desk operations is preferred
