Job Description: Ethnic / Traditional Fashion Consultant/ Sales Associate
We are seeking an experienced and creative Indian Ethnic/ Traditional Fashion Design Consultant/ Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position combines design expertise, customer service, and sales skills to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian ethnic fashion Wear , strong design skills, and the ability to engage with customers to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fashion Design & Consultation:
- Provide styling advice and recommend the best ethnic fashion options to customers based on their preferences, body type, and requirements.
- Assist in the customisation of garments according to customer needs and measurements.
- Customer Interaction & Service:
- Take accurate customer measurements to ensure the perfect fit for tailored and custom garments.
- Guide customers in selecting products that align with their personal style and occasion.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the production team to ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate the customisation process and communicate customer preferences to the production team.
- Sales & Retail Operations:
- Help customers find and select products, offering personalised styling recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products, signage, promotions, and displays are well-presented.
- Operate cash registers and process transactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in retail sales and customer service, with a focus on fashion or ethnic wear.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and understand their needs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when taking measurements and processing orders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and coordinate between sales and production departments.
- Organisational skills to maintain inventory and ensure the efficient operation of the store.
- A passion for ethnic fashion, creativity, and a keen eye for style.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years experience in fashion retail.
