Part-Time Barber (Flexible Schedule)
50% Commission

Responsibilities:
Deliver premium men’s haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services.
Consult with clients to understand their desired style.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation.
Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance.
Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish.
Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat bookings.
Follow CULTURE BARBERSHOP’s standards for professionalism and quality.

Qualifications:
Previous barbering experience preferred.
Strong fading, tapering, and scissor-cutting skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
