Job Overview:
We are seeking a personable and experienced Bartender to elevate our clients’ salon experience. This role is primarily focused on bartending, with additional responsibilities supporting front desk operations and overall salon flow. The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, and comfortable balancing beverage service with light reception duties.
Availability Requirements:
- Must be available to work weekdays and at least two weekends a month
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve cocktails and coffees in a timely and professional manner
- Create a welcoming, elevated experience for clients through excellent service
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock of the bar area
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and follow all applicable regulations
- Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, answering calls, and booking appointments
- Process payments and support check-in/check-out when needed
- Work collaboratively with the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Step in to assist with general salon tasks as required
- Create salon and bar content as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience required
- Smart Serve and Food Handler certification required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
